Lancaster Ranch's resident trainer, Troy Riddle, is well accomplished and seasoned beyond his years. Troy is known as "bred to do the job" with over a half million dollars of earnings and finalist and champion of just about all majors in the business. We are proud to have Troy and his wife Mindi living on the ranch.

Lancaster Ranch's resident assistant trainer, Jeremy Gadd, has worked in the Cutting Horse industry for 5 years and was a Futurity Finalist in the Limited Open in 2007. He is from Ohio and is joined by wife Natalie and son Owen.
